3-4 boneless chicken breasts, frozen or thawed
2 C. Sarah Jane’s Salsa (mild, medium, hot, rocket fuel, or black bean & corn)
Place chicken in crockpot and top with salsa. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours. The result is tender delicious chicken. Top with a dollup of sour cream and enjoy or shred chicken for tacos, enchiladas or nachos.
