16 oz. sour dough bread, center hollowed out
2 C. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. cooked crumbled sausage or chopped bacon
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Sarah Jane’s Rocket Fuel Salsa
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place bread loaf into a greased cast iron skillet or on greased baking sheet. In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients except bread. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into bread opening allowing it to mound up above loaf. Sprinkle top with reserved cheese and parsley. Bake uncovered 22-25 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Dip will ooze down over the side of bread loaf as it bakes. Serve with remaining bread pieces or tortilla chips.
