2 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
8 ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
1/2 C. Sarah Jane’s Jalapeno Jelly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions. Spread mixture evenly in a pie plate. Top with crushed ritz crackers and chopped bacon. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir jelly until smooth (you may heat in microwave 15-30 seconds to make smooth & pourable). As soon as dip comes out of the oven evenly spread the jalapeno jelly over the top of dish. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
